First Division Plumbing provided prompt courteous service. David went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the customer service, and I definitely am satisfied! He came out, gave me an estimate on a water heater, and within a few hours removed the old one and installed a new one.

I am absolutely happy with their service. I just opened a venue and come to find out that there is a clogged sink due to years of buildup from previous owner and had to get this situated immediately because of an event we are hosting tomorrow. First of all, they were able to accommodate the fact that I needed someone immediately.

We had a major leak in the kitchen and First Division Plumbing without hesitation came out to resolve the issue. They operated with the utmost integrity and professionalism. David the supervisor/CEO stayed in touch with me throughout the whole remediation process and made sure the job was completed in full. Him and his whole team were very friendly and caring.

Called First Division Plumbing this morning spoke to Erica she was very friendly and helpful. She scheduled my service and sent me a confirmation text with my technician information. Jacob arrived on time and called to explain my options. The repairs were made and at a reasonable price.

I used First Division Plumbing for a leak I had in my second story bathroom down to my kitchen. Called them up on a Thursday evening and David showed up early and ready to work the next day at 10 am! Talk about customer service! Problem was fixed and all issues resolved!

I had a small water issue this morning and within a couple of hours FDP was here and on the job. Miguel was the technician that came and within just a few minutes my issue was resolved. He came and was professional and friendly. I will definately be using FDP for any future plumbing needs and recommending them to anyone I know in need of a plumber.
